Bakul Soman, M.S., CCC-SLP Speech Language Pathologist
Bakul received her Master’s degree from San Jose State University in San Jose, California. She has been working with the pediatric population – from babies through high school for the past 15 years. She has a special interest in working with students with hearing loss and cochlear implants. She is a PROMPT-trained clinician. Her other areas of special interest are Autism and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Bakul is a multi-lingual SLP, who is sensitive to cultural and linguistic diversity. She believes in using a culturally appropriate and collaborative approach when working with children. She works closely with the family and other service providers to create functional, meaningful, and life-enhancing goals for each child. Bakul works in our Angier office. Her extensive experience working with children of a wide range of ages and communication challenges is a definite asset to our team.
