Christine has 25 years of experience in the billing and customer service field. She works hard at Therapy Innovations to ensure our billing department functions without interruptions. Christine is skilled in managing accounts receivables for all primary, secondary, and tertiary claims, and is understands all of the insurance plans our families deal with. Christine communicates on a regular basis with insurance companies, our staff, and patients regarding insurance verification, authorizations, and billing issues our families sometimes experience. She is always ready to help with any insurance and billing needs and she goes the extra mile in helping our families understand their plans and get their claims paid for. Christine is based out of our Angier office, and she always enjoys it when the children stop by her office to say hello!
